Relocated from New Orleans, Louisiana, with her family in 2002 to the Pacific Northwest for a change of pace and scenery, Shay brings with her a wealth of social networking and project management experience. She also earned her degree with an emphasis in media studies from Centralia College and specializes in radio production and advertising.
